Order Confirmation
When you go through the ordering process you will arrive at the 'order confirmation' page where you can edit your products, billing and delivery address.

Payment for Items
We accept online credit and debit cards via Paypal. Once you are ready to make your purchase go to ‘checkout’ and if you are happy with your purchase press the ‘confirm order’ button.
 
We also accept email and phone orders payable by cheque or postal order. However payments must be received and cleared before items are despatched. If you buy direct from us at events we accept cash or cheque.

Delivery
We aim to keep delivery time to a minimum following the date your order is placed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. If you have not received your purchase or heard from us within two weeks please do not hesitate to get in contact. If we are out of stock of any particular item please allow at least six weeks for delivery.

The price of the goods is exclusive of postage and packaging.

Cost of postage and packaging is £2.50 for a single item and £5.00 for two items for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.
For three or more items, postage and packaging is Free to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Charges for postage and packaging to addresses outside the United Kingdom are £5.00 per item.


Your order will be delivered to the address matching the credit card billing address unless otherwise specified and a signature will be required on delivery of goods which will act as proof of receipt. We are unable to specify the time at which goods will be delivered to you.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer display will accurately reflect the colour of your purchased products.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you wish to return your item; send it back to us in its original packaging, complete with plastic wallet in the same condition as received with all the tags intact, unworn and unused, together with a fully completed Returns Slip and a copy of your receipt within 28 days from the date you received your item.

Returns or exchanges received without a fully completed Returns Slip and a copy of your receipt will not be processed.

It is also advisable to retain a copy of proof of posting, either registered or recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are unable to reimburse delivery costs for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the items sent back to us until we have taken delivery.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, you can expect an exchange or refund within 14 days of our receiving your return. If after 28 days you have not received your replacement item or refund please contact us.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
If for any reason a faulty item has slipped through our stringent quality control, please accept our apology and inform us immediately by phone, email or by post.

Please ensure that you return the item in the original plastic wallet together with a copy of your receipt and a completed Returns Slip with as much information as possible. After verifying the fault we will organise a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
